Ibex
A lone ibex strides along a gilded path, seemingly in a liminal space of ethereal spheres, eternally arriving and departing, appearing and vanishing. The pensive creature is enveloped in a mist of resplendent turquoise, soft pink, and muted green. To create the distinctive cellular patterns, the Iris employed her innovative "air painting" technique, which uses high-pressure bursts from an industrial compressor to propel wet oil paint in surprising and remarkable configurations.
